Fly-In, Spot landing contest and Potluck BBQ April 7 & 8th at Dog Mt. (Glenoma, WA).
We will also be celebrating the life of our "Dog Father" Ralph Senter on Saturday night during dinner. For any new pilots new to our group, Frostbite is our annual fund raiser for Dog Mt. The funds go to support the insurance, permits, port-a-potty and improvements at Dog Mt. Frostbite is a fun event that is kid and family friendly. It is a 2 day fly-in & spot landing contest. BBQ and music around the fire Saturday night. Awards and "left overs" lunch on Sunday afternoon. Come and camp out at Dog Patch for the whole weekend or just join us for the day!
We will need help with the following, let me know if you can help!
Tent and table set up Friday morning. Spot landing target. Music. Registration. Bonfire. Candy drop (drop candy provided from your glider for the kids). Kids Craft / Activities. Judging (spot landings). Garbage removal. Tent take down. Awards - Scott & Lisa Campbell. T-shirt design - Gary Braun.
Don't forget to bring you favorite Potluck side dish, salad, dessert to go along with the BBQ! Make sure your USHPA is current.
Check or cash for the event items: Frostbite Event Fee: $30 Dog Key, Yearly Access $50, No Key Day Pass $15, T-Shirts Adult $25, T-Shirts Kids $10, Extra BBQ (non-pilot) $10, CBCC Membership renewal $30.
