CIVL and the meet organizers have agreed to a new name (Quest Air)

Heather Mull announced at the Bogong Cup pilot meeting this morning that the meet organizer for the Flytec World Championship and the CIVL President had reached agreement on a new name for the Flytec World Championship.  It is great to see that Flip finally contacted the right person to correct this "wrong."

It appeared to me that Jamie Shelden, the Flytec World Championship organizer, positively enjoyed tweaking CIVL's nose a bit, but maybe I'm just reading that into her and Steve Kroop's actions.  I don't think that they started out wanting to cause a problem with CIVL, but couldn't resist when CIVL's indignation got displayed like a target.



I'm waiting to hear what the new name is.  Heather apparently didn't know or wouldn't tell us.
